It's hard to know where even to start this morning. For the last two weeks, I've been away on the trip of a lifetime...10 days touring Japan with a group of friends on an incredible trip by Adventures by Disney, followed by a few days in Tokyo DisneyLand and DisneySea.
The last time I visited the country, and Tokyo Disney, DisneySea didn't even exist—so everything there was new to me. It is, without question, the most extraordinary park I've ever set foot in. And perhaps no section more than the brand new Fantasy Springs area that opened just about a year ago.

The details in this area are so beautifully done. Not just the attractions, but the land itself—including these waterfalls.
And so while I had no idea where even to begin sharing this trip, these photographs seemed as good a place as any.
For each of these, I extended my shutter to 1/8 seconds to capture the flow of the water and tightened my aperture to f/16 to reduce the resulting light. ISO 100.
There will be so much more to show you over the coming weeks. I have thousands of pictures. But today, I give you these.
