Tucked between 50’s Prime Time Café and Hollywood & Vine on Echo Lake at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Tune-In Lounge is themed like your (or dad’s, or granddad’s) 1950s-era living room, complete with old televisions, patterned wallpaper, kitschy knickknacks, and a very well-stocked liquor cabinet serving up fan favorites like Dad’s Electric Lemonade and the beloved PBJ Cocktail.
Depending on the time, since it’s also the waiting room for 50’s Prime Time and often serves much of their menu at the bar, it can feel like a quiet, well-kept secret or a crowded holding pen. Either way it’s good times and my kids have passed plenty of time watching old black-and-white shows on the retro televisions inside while I looked on feeling like we’d stepped back into a simpler time for a few minutes.
