I mentioned that we were in EPCOT for my mother's birthday a couple of days ago and that I stopped to grab yesterday's photo of a phone booth in the U.K. Pavilion. I stopped here, too—at one of the torches that surround World Showcase Lagoon.
There are 19 torches around the lagoon, representing each of the prior centuries of the Common Era when they debuted. The 20th torch was the flame that emerged from the globe at the lagoon’s center at the end of IllumiNations, symbolizing the then-current 20th century.
If you can hear, see, and feel this photo, we're cut from the same cloth.
Took this at around 60mm, 1/100 second, f/4.0, ISO 5000.
