Single-Day Series: Tipping Point (February 8th)

Staying in EPCOT today, but making our way around World Showcase to the Japan Pavilion, where we'll bypass Mitsukoshi for now and make our way past the koi pond, up to the area by Katsura Grill. If my favorite table and chairs in Morocco is the quietest place in the park, this is close or tied. I can sit here forever—on the best days I'll have brought a book or my laptop to settle in for awhile. Time slips away, measured only by these water features, repeatedly filling, tipping, emptying. The weight and pressure build and disperse, build again, disperse again. It's a good reminder that it's all just a cycle. That the worst will pass.

Shot with my Tamron 35-150mm zoom lens (was wandering and wanted the flexibility) at 150mm, f/2.8, 1/1600 sec to freeze the water in time, and ISO 500 to make up for that shutter speed.
