For all of the pictures that I share, I'm well aware that I neglect one park more than the others. It's not that I don't love Hollywood Studios. We spend plenty of time there. But between the fact that it's so character-driven, that it's been searching a bit for its identity over the years, and that it perhaps doesn't have the same sorts of sight lines as some other locations on property (largely by deliberate design), outside of its spectacular holiday transformation, I admittedly don't spend a ton of time here wandering with my camera.
I've been spending a little more time here lately trying to remedy that. To force myself to see this park in a different light. And I'm excited to share some of what I've seen with these new eyes over the coming weeks. This seemed like a fun place to start.
I played with every angle here. This wasn't the only one that I loved or the only one I'll share in time, but it felt like a classic angle.
I remember when Toy Story Land opened. I sat down with a friend to record a podcast about it with a single page of notes and not knowing if I'd have enough to talk about to fill a show. We ended up talking for hours. There is so much waiting to be discovered in this land.
