"Please stand clear of the doors."
Fifty-four years later and it still gets me excited every time. I can only imagine how out-of-this-world it seemed in 1971 when the monorail opened its doors for the first time to see it cruising straight into the building.
Caught this drive-by quickly over head on a walk from Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary. It's simple as can be, but sometimes that's all you need to capture the feel of a moment.
Shot at 150mm with my shutter slowed to 2/5 sec to capture the movement of the monorail against the still building. Aperture quickly dialed up to f/10 to cut the light back. ISO settled at 100.
